Timehop - Memories Then & Now App Reviews

The video at the bottom of the screen is fun but need the ability to keep it silent. I like to look at my hops during meetings and then I get busted!!!

Generally speaking, I love this app! I use Timehop on a daily basis and enjoy seeing old posts. But what I dont enjoy is a video that has nothing to do with my posts blaring automatically as I scroll to the bottom. If youre going to have the video at all, at least have the sound muted and let ME decided if I want it disrupting everyone around me.

Adding my voice to many here- nobody wants sound coming out of their phone or tablet that they didnt hit a button to hear. If this isnt fixed within a week or so I will be deleting the app.

Nothing uploads... It says I have multiple photos but dont reach the speed. This has now been the same 5 days in a row. Please fix this!

Whats with this update? Taking away the ability to save photos; isnt that the WHOLE point of Timehop? Also, whats the collage at the top? Its stupid and unnecessary. And what happened to showing me the posts Ive been tagged in? I dont think yall thought this update all the way through. Should add the following features: -connect to tumblr. -more choice of borders when sharing photos.

The app doesnt even allow me to open it anymore! It just keeps crashing! When I was able to open it, the feature to view and expand the pictures was gone. Please fix ASAP!

Recently lost the ability to tap on any of my photos to view full screen, since many of the photos are slightly cropped this effectively makes the app useless to me. If I cant even look at my own old photos and posts full screen and without ability to zoom in/out then what good is having the app. Id be better off scrolling through my own camera roll and not having to deal with the tease of the photo preview on timehop. It wasnt broken before the update, why try to fix it? And the video at the end... No please.

Sometimes I look at my Timehop at work, not anymore! Overriding my sound settings is one thing. Not allowing me to disable the video sound settings to match my preference is another. Please fix.

The program was great BUT If you want to keep me using this program you must let me save the photos without advertising to camera roll and do it easily-- thats the only reason I use Timehop -- Quit messing around with this ability. It makes me hate the program!!!!

Its a cute app that lets you look back on where you were from that day!

I dont like that the new retrovideo plays sound even if my phone is on silent.

Please please PLEASE get rid of the video at the bottom. Its too loud, and it plays no matter what. Its a fun idea, but give it a function where we can play it if we want to instead of forcing it on us.

can yall make it possible to connect multiple accounts so you can see the past of all of those?

I am so irritated about this new update. This used to be one of my favorite apps and now I am considering deleting it! Why in the world would you delete the most popular feature of saving photos! I thought the update would be something useful like saving videos. But instead you took the best feature away?! Awful idea!!

I always thought that it was common sense and a rule of thumb for any app or website developer, to never autoplay anything with sound (or video, really). Ill tap on it if I want to see/hear it, but if you autoplay something like that every time I open the app, your app is quickly being deleted from my phone.

Please fix the update. It crashes every time I try to open it.

when I try to log in using Facebook or a phone number it says already verified, logging in and then it says something went wrong. Please fix this.

Ever since the last update, it tells me time travel failed or no connection and will no longer load. My other apps work fine so its not my connection.

Wish I had not updated. Garbage on my old photos is not an improvement. Stop trying to be cute. Timehops functionality is sad and interface is dumb. Allow users access to past postings without the moronic graphics and idiot stickers.
