Timehop - Memories Then & Now App Reviews

Timehop was one of my most used apps but the latest update is horrible.

Since the app was updated it has a terrible user experience. The former version was much better.

Ive been using this app for more than 2 years now. But this redesign just destroyes the purpose of quickly finding past stuff. It is not sth. Like "I will get used to it"-ReDesign. It is a "i Will Never use it again"-Design. Sorry

Absolutely awesome app but the new update is the worst and has made me think about deleting the app...

Full Screen. Okay. But why do you GIF a batch of photos? I dont get to feel nostalgic when I see pictures for a split second. Horrendous.

The worst what can with thus app happen, has happened. They killed timeline, reduced the image size. Comfortable navigation is just destroyed. Nice app turned to crap. I am so sorry. This app did my day for last few years, but not it is just not possible to use. :-(

Since the last update the main functionality of having an overview what I did that day in last years is gone. Its not always a good idea to rip of functionality from Snapchat. But if you really want to have a feature like that, make it make sense. I want to see my pictures with a glance and not zoom out for that (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

It was perfect, but since the new update its horrible.

I have been using this for years. This new design is terrible!!!! I will not be using it any more unless I get the choice to change design. So very disappointed.

The last version is terribly bad. Anyone knows an alternative?

You just take the full screen off. The automatic animation between photos of the same serie is still there and make impossible some photos to share. Maybe youve some good ideas for the app, but they are not working, sorry, I will erase the app.

Only splash screen appears, nothing more.

I do NOT like the new update. It isnt user friendly, sometimes cant load pictures properly, doesnt show as much as it used to. It is not enjoyable to use anymore. I am likely to delete it and not recommend it to friends. Please bring back the old format.

I love timehop, its a great way to look back on fun times from years passed, but this new format is the worst. At this point, I just tap through to get to the end and keep my streak. I like the captions and whatnot, but the scrolling format needs to make a comeback. After reading these reviews Im surprised that it hasnt come back, as everyone seems to hate it.

The update to the update is still missing "then and now". This app does not have as much value to me as it once did. I used to rave about it and now...

I hate the new update, you cant read anything longer than like 6 words. The pictures dont fit in the layout, its almost impossible to view comments and stuff. Please bring back the scrolling layout. This one is plain awful.

After the last update I cant share, do then/now photos anymore, half your photos dont load. Its awful. Dont fix what aint broke! Please put it back the way it used to be! So disappointing.

Bring back the old Timehop. It still opens up to a zoomed picture. The scrolling option was the best.

Please change it back. I have used Timehop for years and loved it. But since the new update I hate it. Please change it back
