Are you kidding me with the video at the end?!?!!! It even play through my phone is on silent… no way – you must remove this, or I must remove the app!

i deleted timehop for a while, simply because im relatively new to most social media and so i didnt use the app very much, but now ive just redownloaded and i cant even get the app to open! ive turned my phone on and off, and even tried downloading it AGAIN, to no avail! plus theres all this talk of a self playing video... makes me not even want the app to open at all! please fix this. shame on you.

Or at least provide an easy way to disable it. Youve got to be kidding with this update/feature.

I am definitely not a fan of the new retrovideo feature. Its cool in and of itself, but I should have the option of whether to play it or not. It starts automatically when I scroll down far enough, and even with my phone on silent, plays music and noise very loudly. There needs to be an option in settings to turn off auto play, like you can with Facebook videos. Or just make it so you have to click the video to play it.

With this new update, I cant even use the app anymore, when I click on it it opens for like 2 seconds then crashes.

The app is great except the fact that now the only way to save photos that come up is next to impossible. Its annoying that you have to screen shot it saving old videos and photos that show up should be easier

I do not like the retro video addition. I use time hop to look at my own memories and dont need to be bombarded with a mashup of songs I dont like. I dont even want to use the app anymore. The retro video should have an option to opt out.

Now it plays a loud video thats not even related to me at the end of every entry. Bye Felicia.

MAKE IT STOP. This used to be a 5 star app. But now whenever I use it, Im treated to an annoying auto play video with sound. NO. BAD TIMEHOP. REMOVE THIS.

You should make and update to include ur old snap stories

Hellloooo!! Tons of reviews telling you we hate the update and youre not going to change it?! Facebook has videos so that the sound only plays if you click it, Instagram has videos so that the sound only plays if you tap it! Doesnt that send you a clue that you should make your app that way?! Not only is the retro video dumb and annoying, but people can open the app in any quest environment. Im sure youve already gotten enough people embarrassed or in trouble at work, school, and woken enough sleeping babies. Can you fix it now?

This was a 5-star app until the last update introduced "retro video". Now I am considering deleting the app. Im just holding off in the hopes they will recognize their mistake and fix it soon. The idea isnt bad, but making it auto-play was an amazingly poor choice. What couldve been a cool optional feature is instead a hated new annoyance.

Memories fade until this app was made

I love the retrovideo! What a cool addition, it makes me all nostalgic! I dont have any problems with it playing loudly, its always on mute until I tap it. Love this app!

Im trying to open the app and it keeps crashing within a second of it being open! I usually really love this app and just want it to be fixed!

Get rid of it please. Thank you.

Retro video needs to die

Just downloaded the new version and now it wouldnt launch. Keeps crashing. Come on guys, you can do better.
