Love this app but the last few weeks it rarely works. I get a constant error screen. Really missing seeing my memories

I like the app but when it comes to videos it’s not so good. They almost never work. You can’t save them and if you try to share it just shows up as a black screen.

So why can’t we sign in with just an email account. The facebook, phone number and apple account are not the same that I had when I open up the timehop account. You should allow us to open and old account with the email we used. I was hoping to get pictures I had that I’ve lost.

I don't know what the heck's going on with this app but here lately for the past I don't know how many months I have experienced in my memories laggy videos and pictures taking forever to load, blank videos like the screen will be black and you can hear your video but you can't see it I don't know what's going on but you'll need to fix it because this used to be my only way to be able to see all my memories in one place. Im going to delete it and then reinstall to see if that helps

The ads are ridiculously loud and make it impossible to open the app as often as I would like. The mute buttons obviously also don’t work.

Why did you change it so the ads automatically play sound? This is super frustrating. Change it back please. I don’t need it to blast me with sound every time I open Timehop.

I love this app! It’s cool to see your memories every day. However, it’s not always accurate. They often get the year wrong on when songs were released. E.g. We are the world was released in 1985 not 1975.

I get you need ads, but to have the volume default to on and for the audio to KEEP PLAYING when I’m trying to scroll is ridiculous.

This is my go to app to share memories and now they are all dark and blank other than one or two.

This is a great app for looking at memories, when it works. I have connection issues constantly with Facebook and Instagram. Sometimes Timehop shows them, other times, they disappear for weeks.

I love waking up everyday and check my Timehop app and seeing all my memories and photos for that day from so many years ago.

I haven’t missed a Day in 7 years. I get all the funny jokes, crazy pictures, recipes from friends, family pictures from old times when we were young and best of all pictures of all my old friends, new friends, coworkers and pictures of my family over the past 70 years. I love time hope!!!!!

Is it possible to get more frames, gifs etc The videos are not working Thank You for the new frames! Hope to see some more new ones. I see at the top their is only one color and would like to request to select a color with the year on it. April 5th 2025 I see you put the years on top of the other year and can You just make it to one? ( how many years ago) & the frames are not working. You did the winter frames then stopped with the other frames it’s springtime now

It’s in good I have to have but I’ve experiencing tiny issues with it. It’s showing memories couple days earlier than I should or couple of days later.

I love seeing my old pictures! Time Hop is the first thing I go to every morning!

This is a great app and I love when some old memories pop up and take my breath away.

I love being able to look back at memories. But it constantly disconnects to the apps and I have to repeatedly log in. It also doesn’t load videos well. It used to be one of my favorite apps but it’s definitely gone downhill a bit.

When i got a new phone I was not able to recover my acct and received no help. Literally lost 8 years worth of streaks.

I’m into a six year streak! I am obsessed with this app. It makes me happy to see all the memories from years ago and the fun facts they post about each date. Highly recommend!! I’m trying to have the longest streak! Let’s goooooo!

I have been using Timehop for almost a decade (had to restart after two years in 2017 when I went out of the country, but now my streak is over 8 yrs) and I miss (1) the acknowledgment of your timehop anniversary (one day I went from 7 year club to 8 year with no fanfare or announcement, I only knew it was my anniversary bc I’d saved the celebration announcement from my anniversary a few years ago in my journal) and (2) the best of/worst of videos you guys used to do. I know some changes like instagram import are out of your control but other changes seem random. Also ….. any way to connect to OneDrive? Back when I started using Timehop it imported my Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and photos. Now we’re down to Facebook and photos (again, I know that’s not Timehop’s fault) but I’d love if I could get everything in one place instead of having to check Timehop and OneDrive every morning for my memories. All in all I love the app but it seems to have become less personal and “colder” as the years have gone by.

Love my daily memories. But just want to let someone know that the video at the end with the daily fact(s), song, and trivia, the text is constantly cut off on the edges. Other than that, great, fun app.

Arguably more important than my morning cup of coffee. Love to start my mornings with some nostalgia. Must try!

Why have an app to bring all your photos together if the app won’t load them.

Facebook has always been hit and miss for me. For awhile my photos were showing up, but they don’t anymore. They both say they’re connected in settings. Instagram of course went away. I’ve logged in every day for over 7 years but for the past week or two it’s literally just ads so I think it’s time to say goodbye to Timehop. It was fun while it lasted.

This app is so much fun. Sometimes it has memories I've lost. I don't know how. I have had it several years. So many great memories!

My memories don’t show up!

I look forward to seeing past memories. I’m disappointed that Timehop no longer connects with instagram. I have noticed lately that some of the video memories don’t load that it’s just a dark screen.

Where can I find the origin or meaning of the quotes and Dinosaur pics at the end of every Timehop? Thanks for serving up my memories daily :)
